Established in 2006 on Barten Farms, Bluestem Embryo Transfer Center is a full service embryo facility dedicated to helping our clients achieve the genetic goals for their herd. We are conveniently located 1.5 miles off of Highway 15 between Abilene and Hillsboro.
Directions
To avoid mud roads during wet weather, please follow ONLY these two routes to avoid getting stuck!
From K-15, turn west on 1100 Ave (and only 1100 Ave!), continue one mile to Flag road, turn south and continue 2 miles to 900 Ave, turn west and your destination will be the second homestead on the north. Barten Farms is located where the blue Harvestore is. The main BETC facility is a large white metal building.
From Eden Road, turn east on 900 Ave and continue 1.5 miles. BETC will be the only facility on the north side of the road.
